WHAT IS WINTER BEACH CAMP?
Winter Beach Camp is a fun-packed camp planned for years 6s to year 12 that will help everyone get to know each other better, learn more about Jesus and what it means to follow Him.
Camp will include all the things we love to do at youth group but bigger, better and on the beach! Things like activities, games, music, prayer, talks, and discussion groups.
T-shirt included
A green T-Shirt with a logo on the front and larger logo on the back is included in the camp cost.
Please let us know your size when registering for camp to ensure you receive a shirt with the best fit.
Our Leaders
Our leaders are experienced paid staff and volunteers who are all committed members of St Johns Anglican Church. Appropriate ‘safe ministry’ training has been completed by all leaders, and risk management procedures are in place. We will do our best to ensure the safety of the campers while on camp and whilst travelling.
Senior Students
For year 11 or 12 students who would like to come on camp but need time to study, a room can be set aside devoted to private study and some of the activities on camp can be optional. Please speak to Tim if you would like to pursue this option.
WHEN AND WHERE IS IT?
July 15th – 19th
Our camp is run from the Chittick Lodge, Gerringong which is about 1.5 hours from Camden, just south of Kiama. The campsite has dorm-style accommodation and is within walking distance of Werri Beach. Their website is: www.chitticklodge.org.au
Meet at St John’s Anglican Church at 8:30 am, on Monday 15th of July. The bus departs at 9am and travels to Gerringong. Returning Friday, 19th of July at 12:30 pm.

A final payment of the remaining $300 is due by June 30th.
