How to recognise God's Voice

Phil 2:4-5,7b “Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others. Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: ….but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant.”

Ideas, impressions and thoughts come to our mind, but we don’t always know where they come from. Are they from God, or are they our own desires or are they from the evil one?

There is nothing more vital in your life than for you to hear from God. Nothing. Because you were wired and made to have a relationship with God, and if you miss that, you miss the purpose you were made for. It makes sense to listen to your creator.

God does not want to play games with you. God is not trying to confuse you. It's not a cat and mouse game of "Let's see if you can figure out God's will and let's see how hard I can make it!" That's not the way God acts to His children. He wants you to know His will.

The secret to hearing God clearly is get to know Him better and better every day. The more you understand Him, the better you know Him, the easier it is to hear His voice in a split second when He wants to talk to you. Get to know God better and better every day.

In our sermon today there are 7 hints that can help us recognize God’s voice to you!
